Weetabix with milk, banana and raisins
A simple classic that provides 3 of your 5-a-day, 11g of protien and nearly 7g of fibre. A great way to get your fay off to a flying start.

Ingredients
- 2 Weetabix biscuits
- 1/2 cup measure Semi-smimmed milk
- 1 small Banana
- 1 tablespoon Sultanas or raisins
- 160 ml Fruit juice
Instructions
- Pop the weetabix into a bowl, pour over the milk
- Chop the banana then scatter it and the sultanas over the weetabix
- Pour the chilled fruit juice into a small glass
- Take a seat for 10 minutes and enjoy to set you up well for the busy day ahead
