Weetabix with milk, banana and raisins

A simple classic that provides 3 of your 5-a-day, 11g of protien and nearly 7g of fibre. A great way to get your fay off to a flying start.

  • 2 Weetabix biscuits
  • 1/2 cup measure Semi-smimmed milk
  • 1 small Banana
  • 1 tablespoon Sultanas or raisins
  • 160 ml Fruit juice


  • Pop the weetabix into a bowl, pour over the milk
  • Chop the banana then scatter it and the sultanas over the weetabix
  • Pour the chilled fruit juice into a small glass
  • Take a seat for 10 minutes and enjoy to set you up well for the busy day ahead
